Common use of Incentive Compensation Agreement Clause in Contracts

Incentive Compensation Agreement. Employee shall be eligible to participate in any CECO Incentive Compensation Program that CECO establishes, on such terms as are set forth in any such plan (“Bonus Compensation”). Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, Bonus Compensation shall not be paid until the amount of Bonus Compensation, if any, is determined in accordance with the terms of such plan.
