Incentive Compensation Forfeiture Offset. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement to the contrary, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall have the right to offset against any amounts owed to you by the Company any repayment obligations or liabilities that you may have under Sections 10.6.3.1 and 10.6.3.2 of this Agreement.
