Common use of Incentive Compensation Clause in Contracts

Incentive Compensation. During the Term, Executive shall be eligible to receive cash incentive compensation as determined by the Board or the Committee, in its sole discretion, from time to time. For the Company’s 2017 fiscal year, Executive’s target annual incentive compensation shall be 45% of Executive’s Base Salary, and will be awarded based on the objective and/or subjective criteria established and approved by the Board or the Committee, as applicable.
