Incentive Distribution Units Sample Clauses

The Incentive Distribution Units clause defines the terms under which special units are granted to certain parties, typically as a reward for achieving specific performance targets or milestones. These units often entitle the holder to a share of additional profits or distributions once certain financial thresholds are met, such as exceeding a set level of cash flow or earnings. By outlining how and when these units are allocated and what benefits they confer, the clause incentivizes key stakeholders to drive the entity’s performance, aligning their interests with the overall success of the venture.
