Common use of – Incentive for Early Notice of Resignation / Retirement Clause in Contracts

– Incentive for Early Notice of Resignation / Retirement. Effective July 1, 2020, any full-time faculty member who submits a written notice of their resignation or retirement no later than January 1st with an effective date of the conclusion of the current academic year (defined as the end of the Spring quarter) will receive a three-thousand dollar ($3,000.00) incentive as part of their final paycheck for giving such notice.
