Common use of – Incentive for Early Notice of Resignation / Retirement Clause in Contracts

– Incentive for Early Notice of Resignation / Retirement. Effective July 1, 2018, any full-time faculty member who submits a written notice of their resignation or retirement no later than January 1st with an effective date of the conclusion of the current academic year will receive a one-thousand dollar ($1,000.00) incentive as part of their final paycheck for giving such notice.
