Incentive Programs. a. The Health Plan may offer incentives for Enrollees to receive preventive care services. The Health Plan shall receive written approval from the Agency before offering any incentives. The Health Plan shall make all incentives available to all Enrollees. The Health Plan shall not use incentives to direct individuals to select a particular Provider. b.
