Incentive Stock Option Grant. In addition to the compensation and benefits described above, the Company will grant you, subject to the approval of the Company's board of directors, the option to purchase 15,000 shares of the Company's common stock, at the fair market value as determined by the Company's board of directors at the date of the grant.
