Inception and term. This Agreement shall be valid from the time it is signed by both parties and is con- cluded for an indefinite period of time. The Agreement shall also remain valid even if the RU does not place any orders or does not use any of the basic or ancillary services allocated to it. This Agreement shall replace the Track Access Agreement concluded between the IM and the RU on XX/XX/XXXX. [The applicable date shall be the date on which the previ- ous Agreement was last signed]
