Common use of Incidental and consequential damage Clause in Contracts

Incidental and consequential damage. This includes, by way of example only, damage from accident, abuse, misuse, introduction of foreign objects into the product or system, adequacy or capacity of systems or appliances, unauthorized modifications or alterations, and improper or incomplete installation or repair, fire, freeze, electrical failure, flood, collision, vandalism, theft, infestation, or any insurable event.
