Incidental Charges. An itemized list of all incidental charges along with a written explanation of those charges.
Incidental Charges. Shipper agrees to reimburse Transporter for any filing or similar fees, which have not been previously paid for by Shipper, which Transporter incurs in rendering service hereunder.
Incidental Charges. Upon execution of this Agreement, Shipper agrees to pay Transporter for all known and anticipated filing fees, reporting fees or similar charges required for the rendition of the transportation service provided for herein. Further, Shipper agrees to reimburse Transporter for all such fees within thirty (30) days after receiving proof of payment from Transporter.
Incidental Charges. The foregoing authorization to establish, impose, charge, collect, use and enforce the collection and payment of tolls includes the right, to the extent permitted by Law, and subject to the requirement to be interoperable with E-ZPass (and any successor to E-ZPass utilized on State Highways at that time) as set forth in Section 5.01(e), to impose, charge, collect, use and enforce, with respect to electronic tolling accounts managed by or on behalf of the Developer, the following incidental charges, provided, that the amount of any such incidental charges will not exceed the amount reasonably necessary for the Developer to recover its Allocable Costs directly incurred with respect to the items, services and work for which they are levied:
(i) except to the extent that such services are provided by the Department pursuant to the Electronic Toll Collection Agreement, reasonable administrative fees for account maintenance, account statements and customer service not to exceed $24 per year per account and may increase by CPI in subsequent years;
(ii) except to the extent that such services are provided by the Department pursuant to the Electronic Toll Collection Agreement, reasonable amounts for the purchase or rental of transponders or other electronic tolling devices not to exceed 110% of the device cost;
(iii) except to the extent that such services are provided by the Department pursuant to the Electronic Toll Collection Agreement, reasonable, refundable security deposits for the distribution of transponders or other electronic toll devices not to exceed 110% of the device cost;
(iv) except to the extent that such services are provided by the Department pursuant to the Electronic Toll Collection Agreement, reasonable video surcharges or other reasonable fees for non-permitted travel on the Express Lanes provided the person proactively makes toll payment within five days for travel on the Express Lanes by vehicles that are not equipped with a transponder or other available equipment allowing the processing of the applicable tolls through E-ZPass (or any successor to E-ZPass utilized on State Highways at that time) not to exceed $1.50 per trip in 2017 and may increase by CPI in subsequent years; and
(v) fees, penalties and interest for toll violations, including costs of collection in accordance with Law, shall be closely related to the actual cost to support the Developer’s violation program. The Developer’s basis for fees shall be provided to the Departmen...
Incidental Charges. I will pay any incidental charges by the end of the month in which they are charged unless I Move out before the end of that month, in which case I will pay them before I Move out. A list of Incidental Housing Charges can be found at xxx.xx.xxx/xxxxxxx.

(iv) except to the extent that such services are provided by the Department pursuant to the Electronic Toll Collection Agreement, reasonable video surcharges or other reasonable fees for permitted travel on the Project Assets by vehicles that are not equipped with a transponder or other available equipment allowing the processing of the applicable tolls through E-ZPass (or any successor to E-ZPass utilized on State Highways at that time); and
(v) reasonable fees, penalties, and interest for toll violations, including costs of collection in accordance with Law; and
(vi) other incidental fees and charges reasonable and customary in connection with the services being provided at that time by the Concessionaire; provided, that the amount of any such other incidental fees and charges will not exceed the amount reasonably necessary for the Concessionaire to recover its Allocable Costs, directly incurred with respect to the items, services, and work for which they are levied. Except to the extent such fees and charges are covered in the Electronic Toll Collection Agreement, the Concessionaire may apply incidental charges set forth in this Section 5.01(d) to any Permitted Vehicles other than Exempt Vehicles.
Incidental Charges. If unusual circumstances exist, In-N-Out Burger may assess an incidental charge. All such charges shall be noted in the Incidental Charges section prior to executing this Agreement.
Incidental Charges. The Confirmation Total does not cover, and we shall not under any circumstances be responsible for, any incidental charges incurred by or on behalf of the person(s) using the Confirmed Services, including but not limited to room service, food and beverage (unless expressly included), laundry services, telephone calls and all corresponding service charges and taxes. You or your guests may therefore be required by the Hotel upon check-in (arrival) to guarantee payment of incidental charges with a major credit card or cash deposit.
Incidental Charges. Entry into this Agreement shall not entitle Tenant to any specific services of Airport personnel except necessary maintenance of the Hangar. Tenant shall be charged for all incidental services of Airport personnel (“Incidental Charges”), including, but not limited to, towing of aircraft, in amount as determined by the Airport’s adopted Rates and Charges, as amended from time to time, which are incorporated herein. Incidental Charges shall be billed as fixed charges. Landlord shall provide Tenant with an invoice for any Incidental Charges incurred, which Tenant shall pay within thirty (30) days of receipt.
