Other Charges. Tenant shall pay or cause to be paid all other amounts, liabilities and obligations, including, without limitation, ground rents, if any, and all amounts payable under any equipment leases and all agreements to indemnify Landlord under Sections 4.4.2 and 9.5.
Other Charges. The following other charges (fees) will be added to your Account, as applicable:
Other Charges. Tenant shall pay or cause to be paid all other amounts, liabilities and obligations arising in connection with the Leased Property except those obligations expressly assumed by Landlord pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement or expressly stated not to be an obligation of Tenant pursuant to this Agreement. Without limitation, Tenant shall pay or cause to be paid all amounts, liabilities and obligations arising in connection with the Contracts, as defined in the Purchase Agreement.
Other Charges. 8.1 If the Customer requires re-installation of the Service due to any change of installation address, the Company shall charge the Customer an installation fee of HK$400 for service relocation or such other amount as the Company shall stipulate from time to time.
8.2 If the Customer requests any on-site or on-site maintenance service (except for any error/problem caused by the Company’s system, equipment/accessories), the Company shall charge a service fee of HK$400 or such amount as determined by the Company at its sole discretion.
8.3 Designated service messages (including monthly bill statement via SMS) to non SmarTone mobile number will be charge HK$1 per SMS.
Other Charges. If any taxes, assessments, service charges or other governmental charges become payable by the Obligor or the Agency on the Project Facility or the rental paid pursuant to the Lease Agreement or the occupancy of or any interest of the Obligor or the Agency in the Project Facility or any part thereof or any personal property used in connection with the business conducted and located therein, the amount of any such taxes, assessments or charges shall be paid by the Obligor as and when due. Furthermore, water charges, sewer rentals, sewage treatment charges, solid waste charges and any other charges in the nature of utility charges shall be paid as and when due directly by the Obligor and shall not be credited against nor be affected in any manner by any payment in lieu of real property taxes and assessments in any year and shall be computed pursuant to the formula adopted by the relevant Taxing Entity.
Other Charges. In addition to the Interest Rate, additional fees may be imposed on your account. The amount and description of these fees are disclosed on the Addendum accompanying this Agreement.
Other Charges. We reserve the right to make a nominal monthly charge for paper itemised billing; our basic online billing is provided as standard to all customers free of charge. We also reserve the right to apply a £20 per month minimum charge if your monthly invoice would be less than £20.
