Common use of Incidental Registration Expenses Clause in Contracts

Incidental Registration Expenses. The Corporation shall pay all Registration Expenses related to such registration, or incurred as a result of the participation in an Incidental Registration of the holders of Registrable Securities, whether or not the Registration Statement with respect to such registration has become effective, and all other expenses incurred by the Corporation in complying with this Article IV. All Selling Expenses related to such registration shall be borne by the participating sellers (including the Corporation, if a seller), in proportion to the number of shares sold by each, or by such sellers as they may agree.
