Incidents Longer than Diagnostic Period. If Seller determines that the incident is expected to extend beyond the Diagnostic Period, then, Seller shall (as soon as practicable but no later than the expiration of the Diagnostic Period) make an Outage Election applicable to the remainder of the incident.
