Included Persons. For purposes of this Section 11, the terms “Disclosing Party” and “Receiving Party” shall include, as applicable, the Advisor to the Trust and any sub-advisor who enters into a New Fund Addendum.
Included Persons. Words importing the singular include the plural and vice versa; words importing gender include the masculine, feminine and neuter genders; and words importing persons include individuals, bodies corporate, partnerships, trusts, executors, administrators, legal representatives and unincorporated organizations.
