Inclusion in Subcontracts. To the extent any of the services required of CONTRACTOR under this Agreement are subcontracted to a third party, CONTRACTOR shall include all of the provisions of this Paragraph 19 in all such subcontracts as obligations of the subcontractor.
Inclusion in Subcontracts. CONTRACTOR agrees to require all subcontractors and any other entity or person who is involved in providing services under this Agreement to comply with the Workers Compensation and General Liability insurance requirements set forth in this Paragraph 7.
Inclusion in Subcontracts. The contractor shall insert this clause in any subcontract which may involve the risk of public liability, as that term is defined in the Act and further described in paragraph (d)(ii) above. However, this clause shall not be included in subcontracts in which the subcontractor is subject to Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) financial protection requirements under section 170b. of the Act or NRC agreements of indemnification under section 170c. or k. of the Act for the activities under the subcontract.
Inclusion in Subcontracts. Design-Builder shall insert in all Subcontracts that the Subcontractor shall stop Work on the date of and to the extent specified in a Notice of Termination from Department and shall require that Subcontractors insert the same provision in each Subcontract at all tiers. Design-Builder shall communicate, immediately upon receipt thereof, any Notice of Termination issued by Department to all affected Subcontractors.
Inclusion in Subcontracts. To the extent any of the obligations required of GRANTEE under this Agreement are subcontracted to a third party, GRANTEE shall include the provisions of (a) and (b), above, in all such subcontracts as obligations of the subcontractor.
Inclusion in Subcontracts. Tenant must cause or require the provisions of this section to be included in all construction Subcontracts related to the Work.
Inclusion in Subcontracts. The Con- tractor shall insert this clause in any sub- contract which may involve the risk of pub- lic liability, as that term is defined in the Act and further described in paragraph (d)(2) above. Inclusion in Subcontracts. The Construction Manager shall include these prompt payment provisions in every subcontract, including procurement of materials and leases of equipment for this Agreement.
Inclusion in Subcontracts. LICENSEE represents and warrants that it shall include the substance of the nondiscrimination and compliance provisions of this clause in all subcontracts in connection with its obligations hereunder.
Inclusion in Subcontracts. The Contractor shall insert in each of its subcontracts this Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Policy and also a clause requiring its subcontractors to include this same Policy in any lower tier subcontracts which they may enter into, together with a clause requiring the inclusion of the Policy in any further subcontract that may in turn be made. This Policy shall not be incorporated by reference.
