Inclusion of Additional Terms and Conditions. 1. In accordance with 2 CFR § 200.334, the CAR shall maintain records pertaining to the cooperative agreement for a minimum of three (3) years following submission of the final financial report unless one or more of the conditions described in the regulation applies. The CAR shall provide access to records relating to cleanups supported with Cleanup cooperative agreement funds to authorized representatives of the Federal government as required by 2 CFR § 200.337. 2. The CAR has an ongoing obligation to advise EPA if it assessed any penalties resulting from environmental noncompliance at the site(s) subject to this agreement.
