Inclusion of Other Securities. The Company shall not register any securities other than Registrable Securities in any Demand Registration without the prior written consent of Holders of a majority of the Registrable Securities requested to be included in such Demand Registration. If any securities other than Registrable Securities are so registered, securities requested to be registered by the Company for sale for its own account shall have absolute priority over securities requested to be registered by third parties.
