Income and Other Payments. Any interest, dividends, rents, royalties or other payments that may be received by Custodian in the Account with respect to Non-Custody Assets shall be maintained in the Account until invested or otherwise disposed of pursuant to written instructions from Principal, Manager or Authorized Agent, or otherwise directed in accordance with the Amended and Restated Agreement.
