INCOME PAYMENTS TO GUARDIAN. Income Payments may be made at the Company's discretion to the Owner's or Xxxxx's duly authorized or qualified representative. This includes without limitation, guardian, committee or attorney-in-fact, during any period that the Owner or Payee is incapable of executing a valid receipt for such payments.
