Income Tax Data Sample Clauses
Income Tax Data. The General Partner shall send to each Partner, within ninety (90) days after the end of each taxable year, a copy of the Partnership's federal, state, and local income tax or information returns for such taxable year, together with such additional information as is necessary for them to complete their federal and state income tax or information returns for that year.
Income Tax Data. The Managers shall cause the Company to provide income tax data to the Members on a timely basis sufficient to permit the Members to include their shares of all tax items from the Company on their income tax returns.
