INCOME TAX: OBLIGATION OF THE TRUSTEE. The Trustee shall discharge all obligations and responsibilities of the Trustee under the Tax Act or any similar provincial legislation, and neither the Trust nor the Trustee shall be accountable or liable to any Unitholder by reason of any act or acts of the Trustee consistent with any such obligations or responsibilities.
