Such cost equals the Current Life Insurance Protection Amount multiplied by the life insurance premium factor designated or permitted in guidance published by the Internal Revenue Service. The Company shall annually furnish to the Executive a statement of the amount of income reportable by the Executive for federal and state income tax purposes consistent therewith.
