Common use of Income Taxes; Interest Clause in Contracts

Income Taxes; Interest. Borrower shall report on its federal, state, commonwealth, district and local income tax returns all interest or income accrued on the Funds. The Funds shall earn interest at a rate commensurate with the rate of interest paid from time to time on money market accounts at a commercial bank selected by Lender in its sole discretion from time to time, with interest credited monthly to such Funds. All earnings or interest on each of the Funds shall be added to and disbursed in the same manner and under the same conditions as the principal sum on which said interest accrued.
