Incompletely Documented Agreements. If the relevant terms of a contract cannot be ascertained solely from the Company’s Books and Records (an “Incompletely Documented Agreement”), then the Company will use its reasonable endeavours to ascertain the terms of such Incompletely Documented Agreement, and, if that Signatory provides Relevant Information, the Company and the Signatory will use their reasonable endeavours to agree the terms which apply to such Incompletely Documented Agreement.
