Inconsistent Action. The County shall take no action inconsistent with the rights of the Purchaser or any Noteholder under this Agreement, the Notes or the other Financing Documents including, without limitation, its obligations to make payments to the Purchaser and the Noteholders hereunder and under the Notes.
