Inconsistent Allocations Clause Samples

Inconsistent Allocations. To the extent that any item of Company income, gain, loss or deduction has been specially allocated pursuant to Sections 6.02(b), (c) or (d), and such allocation is inconsistent with the way in which the same item amount otherwise would have been allocated under Section 6.02(a), subsequent allocations under Section 6.02(a) shall be made, in a manner consistent with Sections 6.02(b), (c) and (d), which negate as rapidly as possible the effect of all such inconsistent allocations under Sections 6.02(b), (c) or (d).
