Inconsistent Duties. A meaningful and detrimental alteration in Xx. Xxxxxx'x position or in the nature or status of his responsibilities from those in effect immediately prior to the Change in Control;
Inconsistent Duties. A meaningful and detrimental alteration in the position or reporting relationship or in the nature or status of the responsibilities of the Employee from those in effect immediately prior to the alleged constructive dismissal.
Inconsistent Duties. The assignment to the Executive of any duties inconsistent with the Executive’s status as an executive officer of the Corporation or a material alteration in the nature or status of the Executive’s responsibilities or duties or reporting relationship from those in effect immediately prior to a Change of Control;

Inconsistent Duties. A unit employee may be required to perform duties inconsistent from those assigned to the position provided that his/her salary is adjusted upward for each full day he/she is required to work out of classification and at such amounts as will reasonably reflect the duties required to be performed outside his/her normal assigned duties. Employees will not be scheduled so as to circumvent the intent of this subsection.
Inconsistent Duties. A. An employee shall not refuse to perform duties legally assigned by competent authority.
B. Classified employees shall not be required to perform duties which are not fixed and prescribed for the position by the Board of Education in accordance with the Education Code, unless the duties reasonably relate to those fixed for the position by the board, for any period of time which exceeds five (5) working days within fifteen (15) calendar day period except as authorized herein.
C. An employee may be required to perform duties inconsistent with those assigned to the position by the Board of Education for a period of more than five working days provided that his/her salary is adjusted upward for the entire period in which he/she is required to work out of classification and in such amounts as will reasonably reflect the duties required to be performed outside their normal assigned duties.

Inconsistent Duties. A meaningful and detrimental alteration in Mr. McCrary's position or in the nature or statux xx xxx xxxxonsibilities from those in effect immediately prior to the Change in Control;
Inconsistent Duties. The Company requires the Executive to devote the majority of his time to the performance of duties that are materially and substantially inconsistent with the status of Executive’s position with the Company or amount to a material and substantial alteration of Executive’s reporting relationships that exist as of the date hereof;
