Common use of Incorporated by Reference, Priority Clause in Contracts

Incorporated by Reference, Priority. This DPA incorporates all exhibits hereto by reference in their entirety. In the event of a conflict between either Exhibit “A” or Exhibit “H” and the SDPC Standard Clauses and/or the Supplemental State Terms (Exhibit “G”), Exhibit “A” and Exhibit “H” will control. Exhibit “A” and Exhibit “H” shall control over all other provisions and/or terms in the DPA, Service Agreement, and any other documents, including exhibits thereto.
