Common use of Incorporated Definitions Clause in Contracts

Incorporated Definitions. All defined terms that are incorporated from other agreements into this Guaranty by reference shall have the meanings assigned to such terms as of the date hereof but shall not be modified by any subsequent amendment or modification that takes place after the date hereof unless consented to by the parties hereto.
