Common use of Incorporation of 2002 Master Agreement Protocol Terms Clause in Contracts

Incorporation of 2002 Master Agreement Protocol Terms. The parties agree that the definitions and provisions contained in Annexes 1 to 18 of the 2002 Master Agreement Protocol published by the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc. on 15th July, 2003 are incorporated into and apply to this Agreement.

The parties agree that the definitions and provisions contained in the Annexes 1 to 18 and including 15 of the 2002 Master Agreement Protocol published by the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc. (“ISDA”) on 15th July, 2003 are incorporated into and apply to this Master Agreement. References in those definitions and provisions to any “ISDA Master Agreement” will be deemed to be references to this Master Agreement.

Inc on 15th July, July 2003 (the “Protocol”) are incorporated into and apply to this Agreement.. In this respect, references in the Protocol to an “ISDA 2002 Master Agreement” will be deemed to be references to this Agreement and the term “the parties”, as used in the Protocol shall be construed as referring to Party A and Party B.
