Common use of Incorporation of a Clause in Contracts

Incorporation of a. proprietorship franchise shall be permitted upon sixty days’ prior written notice to the franchisor. Such incorporation does not prohibit a franchisor from requiring a personal guaranty by the franchisee of obligations related to the franchise, and the owners of the corporation must meet the franchisor’s reasonable current qualifications for franchisees.
