Incorporation of defined terms (a) Unless a contrary indication appears, a term defined in the Original Facility Agreement has the same meaning in this Agreement.
Incorporation of Recitals; Defined Terms The parties hereto acknowledge that the Recitals set forth above are true and correct in all material respects. The defined terms in the Recitals set forth above are hereby incorporated into this Agreement by reference. All other capitalized terms used herein without definition shall have the same meanings herein as such terms have in the Credit Agreement.

Use of Defined Terms Unless otherwise defined or the context otherwise requires, terms for which meanings are provided in this Agreement shall have such meanings when used in the Disclosure Schedule and in each other Loan Document, notice and other communication delivered from time to time in connection with this Agreement or any other Loan Document.

Incorporation of Preliminary Statement The parties hereto acknowledge that the Preliminary Statement at the beginning of this Agreement constitutes a part of this Agreement.
Incorporation of Standard Terms Except as otherwise provided herein, all of the provisions of the Standard Terms are hereby incorporated herein by reference in their entirety, and this Series Supplement and the Standard Terms shall form a single agreement between the parties. In the event of any inconsistency between the provisions of this Series Supplement and the provisions of the Standard Terms, the provisions of this Series Supplement will control with respect to the Series 2001-1 Certificates and the transactions described herein.
