Common use of Incorporation of Certain Terms of the Collateral Agency Agreement Clause in Contracts

Incorporation of Certain Terms of the Collateral Agency Agreement. It is acknowledged, for avoidance of doubt, that Article IV and Section 10.7 of the Collateral Agency Agreement are applicable to this Security Agreement. Such provisions (i) are hereby incorporated by reference into this Security Agreement to the extent that such provisions by their terms apply to the rights and duties of the parties set forth in, and/or the other matters addressed in, this Security Agreement and (ii) to such extent, shall apply to this Security Agreement in the same manner as though set forth herein. Without limiting the immediately preceding sentence, it is acknowledged and agreed that the Closed-End Collateral Agent has the benefit of Section 4.3,
