Incorporation of Certain Terms. You acknowledge that You have entered a Product Purchase Agreement with Neopost USA Inc., or one of its affiliates (“Purchase Agreement”). Any defined terms in the Purchase Agreement shall have the same meanings in this Maintenance Agreement. Sections 5 through 13 of the Purchase Agreement are hereby incorporated into this Maintenance Agreement, except that any reference in those sections to the “Purchase Agreement” refer to this Maintenance Agreement
