Incorporation of Certain Terms. You acknowledge that You have entered a Product Purchase Agreement with Neopost USA Inc., or one of its affiliates (“Purchase Agreement”). Any defined terms in the Purchase Agreement shall have the same meanings in this Maintenance Agreement.
