Common use of Incorporation of Certain Terms Clause in Contracts

Incorporation of Certain Terms. You acknowledge that you have entered a Software License Agreement with Us. Any defined terms in the License shall have the same meanings in this Professional Services Agreement. Sections 7.1.4, 8, 10 and 11 of the Software License Agreement are hereby incorporated into this Professional Services Agreement.
