Incorporation of Exhibits and Recitals; Customer and Loan Numbers. All exhibits, supplements, schedules, addenda and other attachments to this Loan Agreement are by this reference incorporated herein and made a part hereof as if fully set forth in the body of this Loan Agreement; provided, however, the failure to correctly complete any exhibit, supplement, schedule, addenda or attachment hereto shall not affect Borrower’s duties and Bank’s rights hereunder if such corrected information can be obtained from any of the other Loan Documents. The recitals set forth in this Loan Agreement are also a part of this Loan Agreement. The Customer and Loan Numbers, if any, stated in this Loan Agreement are for Bank’s internal business use and reference only and do not and shall not limit the scope and extent of Bank’s security interest or the Indebtedness and other obligations evidenced hereby, referenced herein and secured hereby. The captions herein are inserted only as a matter of convenience and for reference and in no way define, limit or describe the scope of this Loan Agreement nor the intent of any provision hereof.
