INCORPORATION OF GENERAL TERMS. The General Terms and Conditions which are shown in the Addendum attached to this Agreement (the “General Terms”) are incorporated in this Agreement by this reference as though set forth in this Agreement in full, and the General Terms shall be deemed to be part of this Agreement as if set forth in this Agreement in full.
INCORPORATION OF GENERAL TERMS. The Distributor's General Tripartite Terms, including the documents listed in Part 3 of General Tripartite Terms, together with the Schedule to this Agreement are hereby incorporated into and form part of this Agreement.
INCORPORATION OF GENERAL TERMS. The Distributor's General Bilateral Terms, including the documents listed in Part 3 of General Bilateral Terms, together with the Schedule to this Agreement are hereby incorporated into and form part of this Agreement.
