Common use of Incorporation of Indenture Clause in Contracts

Incorporation of Indenture. All provisions of this Eleventh Supplemental Indenture shall be deemed to be incorporated in, and made a part of, the Indenture; and the Indenture, as supplemented by this Eleventh Supplemental Indenture, shall be read, taken and construed as one and the same instrument and shall be binding upon all the Holders of the Securities.

Incorporation of Indenture. All provisions of this Eleventh Tenth Supplemental Indenture shall be deemed to be incorporated in, and made a part of, the Indenture; and the Indenture, as supplemented by this Eleventh Tenth Supplemental Indenture, shall be read, taken and construed as one and the same instrument and shall be binding upon all the Holders of the Securities.

Incorporation of Indenture. All the provisions of this Eleventh Seventh Supplemental Indenture shall be deemed to be incorporated in, and made a part of, the Indenture; and the Indenture, as supplemented and amended by this Eleventh Supplemental IndentureAgreement, shall be read, taken and construed as one and the same instrument and shall be binding upon all the Holders of the Securitiesinstrument.

All provisions of this Eleventh Eighth Supplemental Indenture shall be deemed to be incorporated in, and made a part of, the Indenture; and the Indenture, as supplemented by this Eleventh Eighth Supplemental Indenture, shall be read, taken and construed as one and the same instrument and shall be binding upon all the Holders of the Securities.

Incorporation of Indenture. All provisions of this Eleventh Ninth Supplemental Indenture shall be deemed to be incorporated in, and made a part of, the Indenture; and the Indenture, as supplemented by this Eleventh Ninth Supplemental Indenture, shall be read, taken and construed as one and the same instrument and shall be binding upon all the Holders of the Securities.

Incorporation of Indenture. All provisions of this Eleventh Seventh Supplemental Indenture shall be deemed to be incorporated in, and made a part of, the Indenture; and the Indenture, as supplemented by this Eleventh Seventh Supplemental Indenture, shall be read, taken and construed as one and the same instrument and shall be binding upon all the Holders of the SecuritiesNotes.
