Common use of Incorporation of Indenture Clause in Contracts

Incorporation of Indenture. All provisions of this Eighth Supplemental Indenture shall be deemed to be incorporated in, and made a part of, the Indenture; and the Indenture, as supplemented by this Eighth Supplemental Indenture, shall be read, taken and construed as one and the same instrument and shall be binding upon all the Holders of the Securities.

Incorporation of Indenture. All provisions of this Eighth Ninth Supplemental Indenture shall be deemed to be incorporated in, and made a part of, the Indenture; and the Indenture, as supplemented by this Eighth Ninth Supplemental Indenture, shall be read, taken and construed as one and the same instrument and shall be binding upon all the Holders of the Securities.

Incorporation of Indenture. All the provisions of this Eighth Seventh Supplemental Indenture shall be deemed to be incorporated in, and made a part of, the Indenture; and the Indenture, as supplemented and amended by this Eighth Supplemental IndentureAgreement, shall be read, taken and construed as one and the same instrument and shall be binding upon all the Holders of the Securitiesinstrument.

All provisions of this Eighth Tenth Supplemental Indenture shall be deemed to be incorporated in, and made a part of, the Indenture; and the Indenture, as supplemented by this Eighth Tenth Supplemental Indenture, shall be read, taken and construed as one and the same instrument and shall be binding upon all the Holders of the Securities.

Incorporation of Indenture. All provisions of this Eighth Eleventh Supplemental Indenture shall be deemed to be incorporated in, and made a part of, the Indenture; and the Indenture, as supplemented by this Eighth Eleventh Supplemental Indenture, shall be read, taken and construed as one and the same instrument and shall be binding upon all the Holders of the Securities.
