Common use of Incorporation of Indenture Clause in Contracts

Incorporation of Indenture. All the provisions of this Third Supplemental Indenture shall be deemed to be incorporated in, and made a part of, the Indenture; and the Indenture, as supplemented and amended by the First Supplemental Indenture, the Second Supplemental Indenture and this Third Supplemental Indenture, shall be read, taken and construed as one and the same instrument.

Incorporation of Indenture. All the provisions of this Third Supplemental Indenture shall be deemed to be incorporated in, and made a part of, the Indenture; and the Indenture, as supplemented and amended by the First Supplemental Indenture, the Second Supplemental Indenture and this Third Supplemental Indenture, shall be read, taken and construed as one and the same instrument; and all terms used in this Third Supplemental Indenture which are defined in the Indenture shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Indenture.
