Common use of Incorporation of Plan by Reference Clause in Contracts

The Option is granted pursuant to the terms of the Plan, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "B" and the terms of which are incorporated herein by reference. The Option shall in all respects be interpreted in accordance with the Plan.
