Incorporation of Plan; Interpretation by Administrator. This Agreement is subject to the terms, conditions, limitations and definitions contained in the Plan, to the extent not inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between this Agreement and the Plan, the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall control. The Administrator may make such rules and regulations and establish such procedures for the administration of this Agreement, which are consistent with the terms of this Agreement, as it deems appropriate.
