Incorporation of principles of construction. This Deed shall have expressly and specifically incorporated into it the principles of construction set out in (1) prior to the Restatement Date, clause 1.2 (Construction of Certain References) of the Original Trust Deed and (2) on and from the Restatement Date, clause 1.2 (Construction of Certain References) of the Restated Trust Deed (each, the "Principles of Construction") as though they were set out in full in this Deed. If there is any conflict between this Deed and the Principles of Construction, this Deed shall prevail.
