Incorporation of Recitals and Appendices; Section Headings. The recitals and Appendices to this Agreement are hereby incorporated into this Agreement and are expressly made a part hereof. The parties to this Agreement acknowledge and agree that the recitals are true and correct. The section and other headings contained in this Agreement are for reference purposes only and shall not affect the meaning or interpretations of this Agreement.
