Incorporation of Recitals and Capitalized Terms. The foregoing Recitals are incorporated herein as if fully set forth below. Capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined shall have the meanings ascribed to such terms in the Lease.
Incorporation of Recitals and Capitalized Terms. Each of the parties hereto represents and warrants to the other parties hereto that the Recitals to this Assignment, insofar as they relate to it, are true and correct. All of the capitalized terms in this Assignment shall have the meanings assigned to such terms in the CMA unless otherwise defined in this Assignment.
