Common use of Incorporation of Representations and Warranties by Reference Clause in Contracts

Incorporation of Representations and Warranties by Reference. As of the Date of Issuance, the Corporation hereby makes to the Bank the same representations and warranties made by the Corporation as are set forth in the Related Documents (other than this Agreement) to which it is a party, which representations and warranties, as well as the related defined terms contained therein, are hereby incorporated by reference with the same effect as if each and every such representation and warranty and defined term were set forth herein in its entirety. No amendment to such representations and warranties or defined terms made pursuant to the Related Documents (other than this Agreement) to which it is a party shall be effective to amend such representations and warranties and defined terms as incorporated by reference herein without the consent of the Bank.
