Common use of Incorporation of Representations and Warranties by Reference Clause in Contracts

Incorporation of Representations and Warranties by Reference. The Commonwealth hereby makes to the Purchaser the same representations and warranties as were made by the Commonwealth in each Related Document, together with the related definitions of terms contained therein, and such representations and warranties are hereby incorporated by reference with the same effect as if each and every such representation and warranty and definition were set forth herein in its entirety. Except as otherwise provided herein, no amendment to or termination of such representations, warranties and definitions contained in the documents set forth above shall be effective to amend or terminate such representations, warranties and definitions incorporated herein by this reference, without the prior written consent of the Bondholder Representative.
