Incorporation of Representations and Warranties Contained in the Merger Agreement. The representations and warranties of Service Company A contained in the Merger Agreement are incorporated herein, and made a part of, this Agreement by this reference, as if fully set forth herein, and Service Company A hereby affirms those representations and warranties in Section 3.04 of the Merger Agreement for the purposes of this Agreement and for the benefit of Pacific Life hereunder.
