Incorporation of Schedules and Exhibits By Reference. The provisions of the schedules and exhibits which are attached to this Agreement and to which reference is made in various places throughout this Agreement are incorporated by reference into this Agreement for all purposes without the necessity of repeatedly referring to such incorporation throughout this Agreement when referring to the schedules and exhibits.
