Incorporation of Tariff. The provisions of the Tariff governing Construction Services are incorporated into this Agreement, Sections 5.2.1 (limitation of liability), 5.2.4 (force majeure), and 5.2.6 (disclaimer of warranties) of the Tariff. In the event of any conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the terms of the Tariff, the terms of the Tariff shall prevail.
